I want you to be 100% happy with the print you have chosen. I do not routinely offer refunds or returns. If you are not happy, I will deal with each case individually. If the print arrives damaged I will do my best to put it right for you. 

Your print will arrive wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, inside a clear plastic sleeve and secured in a board-backed envelope. This balances safe-transit with cost of posting. The packaging is 100% recyclable. 

All prints are made to order and fulfilled as soon as I can. I aim to post all orders within 48hrs of checkout. If this will not be possible I will be in touch.  I offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24. This is calculated at checkout.

If you live within the town of Otley, West Yorkshire (like I do!) then I will deliver your purchased print for free at a mutually agreed time and place. I see no need for a print to go on a long journey through the post at extra expense for no reason. This option will be available if your address at checkout is within Otley. 

All prints will be fully dry before they are packed and sent. However, I always advise that you treat the print with care when handling. Ensure you have clean hands and avoid touching the printed surface.
